Inclusive Business is the key mechanism at the midstream to connect between the upstream (i.e. farmers) and the downstream (i.e. consumers). Besides buying produce from farmers, businesses such as hotels, restaurants, food manufacturers, green markets have their roles in communicating with consumers to promote understanding and build trust in the organic value chain. Learning about inclusive business is derived from experiences of Sampran Model and other businesses participating in initiatives such as the Organic Tourism and Sookjai market.
